upa-lala Review - Eco-bags, Wet Bags & Baby Carriers

Recently I won a giveaway from Mom-A-Logues for a $25 Gift Certificate to upa-lala! I needed a new wet bag or two so that is what I got. I'd fallen in love with the fabric pattern Optic Blossom so I had to order wet bags in that pattern!
