We are so very lucky that our Jack (Marie) gets along with and is tolerant of our 1 year old, Adeline. Sure it's not 100% perfect, but Marie can put up with a lot from Adeline.

Love this girl!

I love my girl! She has such a wonderful personality and spirit. Every day I am thankful to God for gifting my daughter to Alan and I. Because that is what she is, a gift from God.

I don't want to give a false impression that Adeline is a perfect baby all the time, of course she has her moments and she wakes me 2-3 times a night. But I can deal with all of that, because she is my baby and I love her.

Adeline loves to ham it up for the camera.

Adeline has already figured out how to tease and play with Marie.

Today Adeline got to visit Maw Maw at work.

Happy 4th of July

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July celebration on Wednesday! We had a very subdued day. It was Adeline's 4th of July and I wanted to celebrate and take her to parades, fireworks, etc. but due to the power outages and heat we stayed home.

My parents and brother came over to spend the afternoon with us and have a cook out. We were able to take an awesome family picture!

Adeline loves to pose and smile for the camera so we also got these great pics of her in her Red, White, and Blue outfit for the 4th.
