Pop Sugar Review - December 2012

This is my last Pop Sugar Must Have Box for awhile. The products in these boxes are awesome, just not products that I use. Most of the products in this months box will be Christmas Gifts for Friends and Family. Without further ado:

Bodum Bistro Mugs - $30 - There are two walls of breathable glass in these Bodum mugs. They keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold without condensation. They look really cool but they will also be a Christmas gift this year.

Tea Forte - Petite Ribbon Box - 10 silken infusers Sampler box - $15 - This will be a Christmas gift. I like tea, but not a big tea drinker.

Jaboneria Marianella Soaps - Antioxidant Moisturizing Milk Bar - Tintarella di Luna - $14 - I don't typically use bar soaps but this sounds really refreshing and I'll be giving it a try.

Pinch Provisions Minimergency Kit - Good Luck - $15 - I love this product so much I'm doing a more detailed separate post for it! Here is my separate review!

Bogdon's Peppermint Poles - $3.99 - My husband is getting these in his stocking!

GoSwype - Lips - $1.99 - These wipes clean your surfaces to protect you from germs and bacterial, the only downside is that they only last for two weeks! Read more about this product here.

Rent the Runway - $30 gift card - this website you can rent runway fashions to wear then return. It's a great concept, just not something I'd ever in a million years use! I don't go to parties or have somewhere to dress up.

Pop Sugar Review - November 2012

This was my second month with Pop Sugar. The items in the boxes are great, but don't appeal to me specifically. I'm sticking around for December in hopes of something great, but if nothing appeals to me thus again I may be cancelling my subscription. Just no point getting items I'll never use, and I don't give gifts very often so no point holding on to items for gifts either. Yes Christmas is coming up...but I only have a few people to buy for (thankfully). There are a couple items that may be going to someone on my Christmas List this year.

So on to what I received:

Must Have Fashion - Gorjana Parker Bracelet - Retails for $55. This is a super cute bracelet and I tried it on as soon as I opened the box! Disappointly though you can only wear this bracelet if you are skin and bones I guess. I am a petite person with small wrists and I couldn't wear this comfortably. So sad as it is cute! To get your own - Gorjana

Must Have Beauty - Mor Lip Macarons - Retails for $10. Love it. Smells great and goes on great. I will definitely be using this up. To get your own - Mor Cosmetics

Must Have Home - Snow & Graham Thank you Notes - Retails for $15. Cute, but don't seem very special for the cost. I'll be using these at some point I'm sure. To get your own - Snow & Graham

Must Have Food - La Boite Spice Mixes - Retails for $24.  I do not cook much so these will be a gift for my Mom for Christmas. Sound really neat and can't wait to try some food with these spices in it! To get your own - La Boite

Must Have Food - Stonewall Kitchen Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Mix - Retails for $10. I really really want to make these! I love to bake. However I do not want to spend $13 on a doughnut pan. Trying to find a friend to let me borrow theirs! To get your own - Stonewall Kitchen

Must Have Fitness - Mandy Ingber's Yogalosophy DVD - Retails for $15. I don't do Yoga and don't plan on it. I'm sure someone will want this DVD! To get your own - Gaiam
Special Extras:
StyleMint - 1 free credit. Supposedly worth $30, but I really hate to give someone my credit card number to get something for free so I haven't tried it yet.

CanvasPop - $30 gift certificate - however if you really want a canvas they cost more than $30, so you still have to spend money to use this. Saving it until after I get Adeline's pictures taken this weekend, so may be ordering then.

So if you think Pop Sugar Must Have is right up your alley - sign up!

POPSUGAR - October Box Review

Over the past few months I've become a blog stalker. I have a ton of blogs I follow and read! Some of those blogs post reviews about lots of different types of Monthly Subscription Boxes so this month I decided to give a couple a try. For next month I also signed up for Bluum.

Earlier this month I posted a review about Citrus Lane, which is a box for kids.

My review today is about POPSUGAR Must Have Monthly Subscription Box I received for October.

The September box was just plain awesome and seeing it persuaded me to sign up as a treat for ME! I'm not entirely disappointed in the October box, it just isn't as great as the last month that I missed out on!

The boxes come very cutely packaged - in PINK (of course)!

YUM! Gummy bears as soon as I open the box.

Gummy Bears from Dylan's Candy Bar - YUMMY - I ate about all of them myself!

I've had Pirates Booty before, and it is delish!

Crescent Moon Socks - wore these all day today and they are very comfy. I don't do Yoga, I'm SAHM who rarely wears shoes! So these are great on my wood and tile floors.

Red Flower Petal Topped Candle - I haven't had a chance to burn this candle yet (maybe soon with impending Frankenstorm!), but it already smells up the room it's in. I got the Spanish Gardenia scent.

I love doing my nails, just never ever have the time. I used these really quick one afternoon and they turned out great. I did two coats of the pink then one coat of the glitter and it looks great!

I've been using this brand lately and I'm not impressed (scalp is still the same and itchy), however these are a great size to take when going out of town so I'll definitely be using them at some point.

I don't read paper books anymore, typically just ebooks (when I have the time). I haven't kept up with new releases either - so I know nothing about this book. Reading the Book Description does not excite me at all but I will read it! I'll update everyone with my book review once I do.

Here is everything! The box totaled over $100 retail, so $35/month is a steal!
